BEHIND THE PIXELS

My journey into UX didn’t begin with a screen.
It began with fabric, colour, trends and a lot of sketching.

I started my career in fashion, working as a buyer and designer. I spent years thinking about what people wanted, what caught their eye, what made them choose one thing over another, and how creativity could work alongside business.

Looking back, I was already thinking about user experience. I just didn’t know it was called UX.

Then curiosity took me somewhere new.

I went back to school later in my career and stepped into the world of graphic design, UX and digital products. Being the beginner again was actually quite fun. I made friends from different generations, learned new ways of thinking, and discovered that learning something completely new can be just as exciting as knowing what you are doing.

“ALWAYS CURIOUS”

These days, I’m happiest when I’m experimenting.

I sketch ideas on my iPad, test new tools, explore new platforms and occasionally save things on my computer because, naturally, “I might need this one day.”

I probably won’t. But you never know. 😄

I’m especially fascinated by AI. I like playing with prompts, testing how AI responds, and noticing the subtle things such as tone, personality and context.

Sometimes, changing just a few words can completely change how something feels.

I feel lucky to have experienced the shift from analogue to digital and now into the AI era. It makes me curious about what comes next, especially how humans and AI can work together without losing the human part.

That curiosity shapes how I design.

I observe.
I question.
I experiment.
I keep learning.

I care about beautiful visuals, but I care just as much about what happens underneath them, whether something makes sense, feels intuitive and genuinely helps someone.
